Generally, shipping will occur within 3-5 business days of the order being placed. In the event of a delay, the purchaser will be notified by e-mail or phone call, and advised of both the nature of the delay and the approximate ship date.
Customers must inventory items upon receipt. Inventory issues identified after 7 days from receipt will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of shipment provided all items are returned in original condition. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the cost of the item. Returns should be coordinated through email@example.com.
